“At first I was running for about 15 minutes. Then I bought these Oculus glasses, which changed everything. I’m kind of addicted to the VR and this app called ‘Supernatural’…I’ll do 20 minutes, or maybe 10 minutes in the morning, and I’m fiending to get back on.”

Tiffany Haddish feels stronger than ever! Recently, the comedian took to Instagram to show her before-and-after photos of her progress after starting a 30-day exercise program on Nov. 30.
After completing Luther Freeman’s 30-Day Transformation program, Haddish stated that she is now “ready to build muscles”.
People heard from Haddish, who was previously homeless and faced food insecurity. She said, “I had the thought in my head that I wanted the body of Flo Jo!”
Haddish revealed to People that she had lost 40 pounds in 2020, after having weighed 182 pounds on her birthday last year. Three weeks into her 30-day exercise program, Haddish lost another 10 pounds.
Haddish said that she feels like if she had done it 10 years ago, it would be a lot simpler. She also admitted that her body is “achy” but now at 41, she’s feeling great. “I am stronger than I thought.” “I have more endurance than I thought.”

Haddish lost weight by eating a healthy and nutritious diet. People spoke to her about how she has been eating differently and eating more vegetables. She also eats directly from her garden. “Nutrition matters.”
She was also required to follow a vegan diet for the duration of the 30-day program. This she acknowledged was difficult.
She said that the 30-day program gave her a completely vegan menu and all the ingredients, and she is now cooking herself.
Haddish spoke out to Harper’s Bazaar about her home-grown strawberries, kale, and Swiss chard. In the mornings, she loves to mix them all up into a smoothie. For a warm drink, she enjoys ginger and turmeric tea.
She also loves to have a cup of tea while on the road. And for snacks, she often reaches for nuts, fruits, and pickles.
People heard from Haddish that she will likely eat some meat once her 30-day program is over, but she will be mindful of how much.

Haddish shared her Instagram Live where she revealed that she woke up at 2:00 AM to do her workouts. She said, “I went to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 and woke up at 2:00 in the morning to work out for 30 minutes.” She then takes a quick shower before heading to work at 3:00 a.m.
The schedule was not always easy. She said, “There was definitely crying.” “But here’s what’s the truth, I control my mind and my body.
